Press Release: NWPC CA Supports the Nomination of Justice Cantil-Sakauye for California Supreme Court
July 27, 2010 (Los Angeles, CA) – Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger announced the Honorable Tani Cantil-Sakauye as his choice for chief justice of the California Supreme Court last Wednesday, July 21, 2010. If confirmed, Justice Cantil-Sakauye would be the first Filipino-American and the second woman to preside over the state’s highest court.
