PASADENA, CA– The National Women’s Political Caucus (NWPC) and NWPC California are hosting a brunch to honor Sandra Fluke on Sunday, April 21st at the Pasadena Hilton, from11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Fluke was in the headlines when Rush Limbaugh made incendiary comments about her – a Georgetown law student who had been denied the right to testify at a White House administration’s hearing on contraception. “We are looking forward to holding our April Board meeting in Pasadena and thrilled for the opportunity to have Sandra Fluke, a courageous and committed woman who helped bring national attention to the inequities that the National Women’s Political Caucus has fought against for more than forty-one years”, Linda Young, President, National Women’s Political Caucus.
