Melissa Fox
NWPC CA President

Born in Orange County, California, Melissa graduated from Brandeis University in Boston with a degree in English and Political Science,
and from Tulane University School of Law in New Orleans.  She is the Founder and Senior Attorney of the Melissa Fox Law Firm, specializing in business, corporate, and commercial law
and litigation.

Melissa is member of the Public Schools Task Force of Planned Parenthood of Orange and San Bernardino Counties, a delegate to the California Democratic Party, and an elected member of the Central Committee of the Democratic Party of Orange County. She has been active in numerous
professional and community organizations, and served in the Orange County Park Ranger Reserves.

Justine Quinones

Ms. Quiñones, CPA, MBA, has worked in private, not-for-profit, governmental, and tax accounting  She has an MBA and designations as a Certified Management Accountant and Certified Government Financial Manager as well as a Certified Public Accountant license. In 2010 Ms. Quiñones ran for the office of Riverside County Auditor-Controller meeting many wonderful people and becoming more involved in the political process.

Linda Wah
VP Communications
I am proud to serve NWPC as VP of Communications. I have been a long-standing advocate in women’s groups, including NOW and Women@Work of Pasadena.   I owe my entry into politics to NWPC Pasadena, who recruited and supported me in my election to thePasadena City College Board of Trustees.

Nicole Carcel
PAC Treasurer

Nicole is deeply engaged within the community. In addition to serving as  Director of Finanace on the NWPC LA Westside board, she serves as
the Outreach Chair on the Hollywood Hills West Neighborhood Council. Nicole is currently the Deputy Campaign Manager with the  “Mike Feuer for LA City Attorney 2013″ campaign. Prior to the campaign she was a Field Representative for California State Assembly Majority Policy Leader Mike Feuer. She was the direct liaison to the Los Angeles neighborhoods of Hollywood, Los Feliz, Fairfax, Miracle Mile, Mid-Wilshire and the city of West Hollywood. Nicole also worked in the Political Department of the Chilean Embassy in Washington D.C.

Alexandra Zucco
VP Fundraising

Alex currently serves the families of Monrovia, CA on the Monrovia Unified School District Board of Education. As well as serving as a Field Representative to Assemblymember Chris Holden, Majority Whip; focusing on the areas of Healthcare, K-12 Education, and Arts & Entertainment.

She is on the Planned Parenthood Pasadena San Gabriel ValleyAdvisory Board, focusing specifically on bringing a new facility to East San
Gabriel Valley – which just opened in Glendora this year.
